I had my nose done in Busan, and I had hump nose correction, osteotomy, and nasal tip surgery!! On the day of surgery, it didn't really hurt much, but the period after surgery was more uncomfortable than the surgery itself.. There were so many things to take care of too.. Still, watching the swelling in my nose go down now, I'm happy that I can say bye to the hump in my side profile. But my nasal tip looks a bit upturned.. My philtrum is also so. long
