I went because my upper-arm fat just wouldn’t go away. I told them I was concerned about my double chin, upper arms, and accessory breast tissue, and they said they could inject the upper part of the arms to improve the accessory breast tissue, but then the breast area might also lose volume. I already don’t have much of a chest, so I figured there wouldn’t be much to be sad about even if it got smaller, and proceeded as they explained. I received something like a large IV fluid infusion, and it wasn’t as painful as I expected. But I didn’t really feel much of an effect, so I only had the procedure once and stopped..
