I’m self-conscious about my large nostrils, but I’m not sure whether that’s simply because my alar wings are large or because my tip is low. I’m considering tip cartilage suturing and alar reduction, but I also feel my nose might be one that only needs tip cartilage suturing.. What should I have done for my nose..
