I was so focused on nose removal that I only learned about the complications of dorsal hump osteotomy recently.. Is it safe as long as there is no over-resection? I don’t plan to raise the tip or change the angle.. A long nose actually suits my face and overall look, so I only want the osteotomy. But I’m afraid it might become over-resection.. For those who had it done, have you been okay so far without any complications? Everyone who had only dorsal hump osteotomy without touching the tip, please don’t pass by and share your advice 😭🙏🏻
