Because my midface looked long, I agonized for a long time over whether to have only philtrum shortening or do my nose at the same time I came for a consultation here because they had reviews from people who did both together. I did not necessarily want an extremely short philtrum and a high nose; I just wanted my face to look less long overall. The doctor explained things while looking at the proportions of my nasal tip, columella, and philtrum, and also described how it would feel to do both versus only one. That helped organize why I had been debating both, lol. As expected, doing both made the estimate quite high hahaha. Anyway, I liked the design itself, so I plan to check one or two more clinics before deciding.
