The consultation director is truly terrible… All the staff are unfriendly. The consultation alone took over two hours (an hour and a half of waiting). Reservations are basically meaningless, so you should allow plenty of time ^^. I only had one type of cheekbone surgery. There were no complications and it looks natural; nobody noticed, and people around me just said my face looked like it had lost weight. During the consultation, they acted as if they would show the CCTV footage properly, but on the day of surgery they said they couldn’t show it because I hadn’t signed some consent form. I don’t think I was the only one who couldn’t see it, so keep that in mind. The representative director is kind and warm. I don’t know how aftercare is elsewhere, but it seemed adequate… But the consultation director is seriously…
