For the jaw Botox consultation, they tried to get me to pay without even touching my jaw, so when I asked first, only then did they touch my jaw. For laser hair removal, it seemed like the doctor changed every time I went, and one of them did it rather carelessly. So there were areas where the laser hair removal had no effect.
