I’m in my 6th year of Miseko, and I had the procedure once every 2 years. I was satisfied at first, but as threads keep being inserted to support it, later on it feels like the shape of the nose droops because of scar tissue. I had the procedure because my complex was a long nose with a hump, but since they only inserted it into the nasal tip, it gradually felt like it was drooping. I’m currently looking into rhinoplasty, and if I had known that Miseko makes the nose shape larger in the long term, I would have just had rhinoplasty from the beginning. The cost is one thing, but Miseko is so painful.. Personally, I think rhinoplasty is better.
