I’ve always been stressed because one of my upper eyelid areas looked puffy, so I recently had surgery. I had eyelid fat removed and the sagging skin cut away (I didn’t have double eyelid surgery). While looking around online, I saw a post saying that if sagging skin is cut away, the upper eyelid area can actually become a bit thicker. But the director who did my surgery said that cutting away the sagging skin would make my eyes look slimmer, so who is right?? It’s been one week since the surgery, and it still looks a bit thick, so I’m leaving this post
