Considering removal due to discomfort and asymmetry after nose surgery, please give me advice...

It has now been about 2 months since my nose surgery. It’s a bit hard to explain, but around the part inside the nostril where the inside of the nose starts to widen, has anyone experienced symptoms like a tightening feeling and a feeling as if things are sticking together? I had four procedures: nostril reduction, columella improvement, correction of alar curvature, and improvement of drooping alae. Right now, the side effects I have are the above situation and a foreign-body sensation caused by it (one side is especially severe), and I still have this feeling like something sticky, like nasal mucus, is stuck there...? But even if I roll up tissue and put it in, nothing comes out... Pressure throughout the whole nose. One side of the columella is bent. The area under the columella where it connects to the philtrum feels extremely tight. The philtrum angle is slightly crooked. Maybe because of this double pulling sensation, when I close my mouth my lower jaw tenses up and becomes stiff, and so on... The hospital says that, time-wise, I may not have fully recovered yet and that I should wait until 6 months, but because of the tightening and sticking sensation inside my nose, I can’t live like this. The columella is also bent, so one side wrinkles and looks asymmetric, which bothers me too... If anything, it has sagged more... it isn’t improving, and I think the change in the philtrum angle is also a big problem. Maybe because I’m not feeling well today, the inside of my nose feels even more uncomfortable than usual~~ I think I should sleep early... The hospital says to wait, but because of the functional discomfort and columellar asymmetry, I’m thinking on my own that maybe it would improve if I only remove the part where the columella was lifted (lifted with sutures).
