Today is day 5 for me, and I’m going to get the stitches removed the day after tomorrow. The swelling is seriously bad, but this is normal, right?.. lol I took several photos because I was going to upload them, but they look so awful that I don’t have the confidence to post them.. lol The swelling seems way worse than my first surgery. Is it because I haven’t been able to take many walks.. Ah, it’s gotten cold, so I don’t want to go outside.. lololol Please recommend something effective for swelling other than walking..
