This is my 3-week review after stem-cell autologous fat grafting for the breasts, before and after. Most of the swelling in my breasts has gone down, so they have become completely soft, like my original breast feel! For about 2 weeks after the surgery, there was quite a bit of swelling. My breasts felt tight, and when I lay down looking up, because of the swelling, it felt like my breasts were heavy and sagging a bit, so I was a little worried, but now I do not feel that at all even when lying down. I think it is because the swelling has gone down. Now the shape is becoming more natural too, and in daily life I can feel comfortable without being conscious of my breasts.
Compared with 1 week after surgery, the upper breast volume has decreased a lot. And overall the size became a little smaller, which seems to be because the swelling went down. Also, as gravity caused the fat to settle lower, it seems the upper breast volume decreased! This is the natural breast shape, so I am satisfied.
My breasts were so small that it is not a huge breast, but I am satisfied that I now have some volume. And because my breasts got bigger, my satisfaction is quite high, so I am thinking about a second round. This week, when I go for follow-up care, I already booked a consultation for a second procedure.
For the liposuction, I had my thighs done, and I had quite a lot of bruising, but by around week 3, most of the bruises had disappeared. Also, there is still a hard lump-like area left on the inside of my thigh, but it is getting smaller and smaller, so for now I am leaving it alone until the next follow-up. It is a hospital that also does dermatology, so it is nice that I can receive care for the liposuction area after surgery. The thigh pain is almost nonexistent in daily life, and when I touch it with my hand, it does not feel painful, just a numb, sore kind of feeling(?).
Honestly, since my breasts were so small, I did not have high expectations, but now that I have some breasts, I am starting to want more. I will quickly get the second consultation and book the surgery.
