I had a lot of flesh around my eyes. So they looked even more heavy, and somehow gave the impression that I looked angry. About 10 years ago, after a consultation, I had ptosis correction and incisional double eyelid surgery. I think the swelling lasted a long time, but once the swelling went down, it looked a bit more natural. Since then, there haven't been any changes.
