Not happy with both the inner corner incision and the canthoplasty

<Before, after, one week later, one month later><It has been 5 months now, so this is my eye now> I didn’t get it done at a plastic surgery clinic but at a fairly well-known ophthalmology clinic, and they did it with an incision method. I also had inner corner canthoplasty.. During the surgery, one side was tied first, but they said the line didn’t match, so they untied it and tied it again. Because of that, the scar became really bad.. The inner corner canthoplasty was only done a little, but at first it looked nicely opened, then it re-adhered and the shape became pointed.. I asked them to make the line appear a little higher than the original line, but they didn’t look at the overall balance of the eyes and just kept the line almost exactly as it was, and my eye expression feels even harsher now.. In the photo, the end line of the left eye looks like the flesh is protruding.. So now I’m worried whether I should do lower and outer corner canthoplasty to lower the eye tail after all this scary-looking eye expression, or whether I should only have revision surgery
