Originally, they were going to do it with an open approach, then look at the condition of my nose, and if the silicone and nasal tip formed a contour irregularity, they were going to remove part of the ear cartilage from the nasal tip too.
After checking the condition today, they said they would first remove the silicone with a closed approach, and if it became uneven, they could add cartilage (I didn’t really want to put anything more in again), but leave the nasal tip as is!
Since I said I didn’t want to add more cartilage, they said they could put in a little donated dermis instead! They said they would see the situation after removal, and if there was a contour irregularity, they would do it with a closed approach haha. Fortunately, after taking it out, it was okay, so they just removed the silicone! I did it at the hospital where I originally had it done. After it was over, I asked them to show me the silicone, and they did. Since my nose is so small, the silicone was smaller than my pinky finger too lololol. Now that it’s out, I feel so relieved....
