Now I get masseter Botox every 1 to 1.5 years, but when I first got masseter Botox, I trusted only what I was told about getting it every 3 to 5 months and kept to that interval. The first Botox treatment was fine, but after the second treatment, I yawned and my mouth wouldn’t close properly. It was to the point that I had to use my hand to close my jaw;;; I think it was because I just got the treatment even though it wasn’t time for another session yet. After having that experience, I learned that the retreatment interval differs for each person and can also vary depending on the product or the doctor’s skill. On top of that, I had never even thought about cheek hollowing, but my cheeks became sunken too, and I came to my senses. I still get Botox treatments now, and I don’t think it’s extremely tricky, but still... you need to be careful when getting it! Since some people might take it too lightly, I’m writing this review about my mouth not closing.
