For revision rhinoplasty, I had the nasal tip, nasal bridge, short nose correction, alar base reduction, and used donated cartilage, and I lengthened the nose. After the first surgery, I extended and raised my low nasal tip, so my bulbous nose does look at least slightly smaller. It will be my 2-year mark the month after next. Will the line get lower from here? Will the nasal tip drop..? I don't have any discomfort in daily life, it's just something I'm concerned about. Is it okay?
