The hump wasn’t shaved down enough Maybe I was too taken in by the virtual simulation during the consultation.. I think I rushed it. I wanted a natural look, but improving the hump was the most important thing, so it’s disappointing. It’s stressful, but I think I still need to get a result I can be satisfied with.. This is the result after shaving the hump and doing only the nasal tip with septal cartilage + ear cartilage..
