It’s day 5 after my nose surgery, and I was told to talk as little as possible for 2 weeks after surgery because talking a lot can cause deformation. It’s the first time I’ve heard something like this, so now I get worried even if I talk just a little I am talking a little bit at a time, but should I really not talk?
