It's been about three days since I had rhinoplasty, and my nose looks upturned, so my philtrum looks reaaally too long The clinic says it's because of swelling and that it will come down with time, but among those who have had rhinoplasty, has anyone's philtrum looked long and then returned to normal after some time?
