It wasn’t even a difficult surgery, and even though it was supposed to be a surgery that removed something from my existing eye shape (the director’s own words), my eyes were messed up so badly that I even got a refund.
But acting like it’s none of their business is the same. They don’t even tell me the surgical method. lololololol Whenever I see reviews saying the director has good character, the aftercare is good, or the clinic is good because of their character, I’m dumbfounded. It’s just that they silence patients like me, so only good reviews are left ^^
Even if their character is complete trash, if they do the surgery well, then for the patient it’s thank you, but how did a clinic that botches surgery and then acts like it’s none of their business come to be known as a clinic with good character? Marketing really is important haha ha
