How do you revise eyes that look sausage-like because the fixation is too strong...

When I was in 10th grade, I had double eyelid surgery with natural adhesion, only the adhesion method, without canthoplasty or ptosis correction. Now I’m twenty. But even though so much time has passed, my eye line itself is still too defined, and it feels kind of puffy? bulky.... Especially when I look downward, glance sideways, become conscious of the camera, or get photographed with the rear camera, I feel like it always comes out looking that way. But in real life, I don’t think the sausage-like look is that severe. Sometimes even in person, when I look in the mirror, it does look like my eyes and double eyelids are separate from each other, but it’s not as much as in photos taken with the rear camera... Hmm... Before double eyelid surgery, my eyes were sunken and on the smaller side, my eyelid skin wasn’t thick, and I didn’t have fat around my eyes. Also, there was a large distance between my eyebrows and eyes. But I don’t know why they made the line so strong.. Oh right... During the day, when the sunlight is a bit strong and I look in a mirror outside, it looks similar to how it looks on the rear camera. Thinking about it, I guess the line is overall too thick compared with my eye size, and the outer part of the line is thicker, so that may be why.. The eyes I want through revision surgery are eyes that look clear and not sleepy even when celebrities get photographed constantly in a short amount of time... When I look at past photos of eyes versus current eyes, or press photos of other celebrities, or phone-camera photos taken by fans of idols who are said to have had double eyelid surgery, their results all don’t look obviously operated on and don’t look sleepy; their eyes look naturally like their own. There’s no feeling that the eyes and double eyelids are floating separately.. I want eyes that don’t look like obvious double eyelid surgery like that.. What kind of revision surgery should I get..? I wonder if double eyelid fixation that was pinched too strongly can be revised to look softer.... Everyone who knows a lot about eye plastic surgery, please tell me what I should get done...
