They said my nasal tip cartilages were spread apart, so they gathered them and shaped the nose, and I’m satisfied because I feel like that dull-looking impression has really improved a lot. Other hospitals had said I also needed alar base reduction, so I wondered if it would be okay not to reduce the nostrils, but if I had done the reduction, I think it would have looked like a pinched nose. Looking at points like that, the director seems like someone who doesn’t recommend unnecessary things, and thinking back to our conversations during the consultation and surgery, I feel like they are very meticulous and detail-oriented. I worry quite a lot, so I asked a lot of questions about this and that, and they accurately understood the things I was worried about and explained them clearly. I could really feel their expertise!! Honestly, after the rhinoplasty, not being able to breathe was a bit hard, so if someone told me to get nose surgery one more time, I don’t think I could do it, but if this shape stays well-maintained, I definitely don’t think I’ll ever need revision surgery haha But even around one month after surgery, I thought the line had become much more natural, and it’s still becoming even more natural now? I guess my nose is continuing to settle. Now there’s completely no feeling that only my nose is floating or standing out.
