InMode definitely works well! It does feel like your face is being seared with an iron, but I had it done at ID Beauple near Gangnam Station. I haven't been anywhere else, so I don't know if this clinic is especially good, but anyway, compared with things like contour injections, the effect is better and lasts longer. Downside: you can definitely see the effect decrease as time passes. Even though I had it 3 times at one-month intervals, it doesn't stay maintained as well as the first good effect. I think I'll need to go get it again soon.
