I consistently get eyebrow tattooing done, and I also manage my appearance by occasionally going to a dermatology clinic for skin care or being diligent with cosmetics, but with my nose, I honestly didn't know what to do lol Before surgery, my nose looked too big for my face, so after surgery I really wanted it to change so that the area would look narrower..?
So I searched for reviews of men's nose surgery, and people always talked about things like the T-zone.. straight lines.. how the start of the silicone implant should be for a masculine-looking nose, and stuff like that. There were things that were hard to understand, but they explained those separately when I had consultations at plastic surgery clinics, so there were a lot of things I didn't think too much of. (materials.. or surgical methods and things like that?)
And no matter how many reviews I looked at, there was no guarantee that the same thing would apply to me, so I quickly felt that just researching online wouldn't be enough. So when choosing hospitals to go for consultations, I mostly picked places that looked okay at a glance, then went around in person to more places and for longer, even applying for events every time lol (such a good deal, the price got way cheaper)
Anyway, I had my nose surgery at a place where I liked the reviews and the hospital staff were kind, and now it's been 3 months. It feels more natural as time goes by, and I'm hearing so much that my nose got prettier lol And should I tell you one interesting thing? I didn't get alar base reduction lol I only had osteotomy and bulbous nose correction. Maybe it's because the silicone implant was placed high lol Just lifting the nasal tip made the spread-out look come together nicely. It was fascinating. I thought I had to do it because my skin is thick, but the director was really firm and said I didn't need it, that there was no need to do it, and that my airway would become narrower..
The nose surgery went well, and I also succeeded in taking the profile photos that, because of my field, I kind of had to take at least once, so I'm satisfied that I was able to get the result I wanted. Now I think all that's left is to take good care of it and have things go well. I'll work hard at what I want to do and live happily.
For the people reading this too, if you develop an appearance complex because of what you do, or if you see something lacking, I hope you don't think too negatively about plastic surgery. If your image improves, it's good for you and good for me too..? Especially my parents are even happier after my nose surgery, saying their son could become a celebrity now ..lol That said, I'm not emphasizing, forcing, or recommending plastic surgery, so I hope you make a careful choice with anything.
