The biggest change after breast surgery is definitely how clothes fit! I’ve always liked feminine clothes and fitted clothes, but because I had no breasts, I’d been surviving on padded bras and Chomori bras until now. But now I’ve thrown away all my padded bras.. They’re not breasts that got bigger in that awkward shape, and even though it’s surgery (lol), I’m living while thinking of them as truly my own breasts.
I used Sebbin Integrity implants, and since I had asymmetrical breasts, I had 270 on the left / 310 on the right. I also debated a lot between a transaxillary incision and an inframammary incision, but I’m still an unmarried lady ^^ and the scar area from an inframammary incision felt a bit burdensome, so I went with the transaxillary incision. I’m satisfied with the scar area too! If anything, because there’s no incision line under the breast, I can wear clothes like underboob styles, and there’s no scar immediately visible to my eyes, so I feel less stressed~
When I was looking into clinics, I thought that no matter how many people went there, if the result didn’t look natural, it was a failed surgery. So even if I went from an A cup to a C~D cup, I wanted a director who could shape them without losing **naturalness**, and I thought that for that, experience inevitably had to come with it.... (The director at the clinic where I had surgery has over 20 years of experience & graduated from Seoul National University, yep, even the profile looks good bb)
Anyway, I heard that how the feel softens after breast surgery differs depending on how you manage it, so I’m consistently going back and forth to receive the care the clinic provides! If there’s one inconvenient thing, it’s wearing the breast band for about a month, and that nipple sensation has become a little.. gone? But I think it has come back a lot compared to the early stage after surgery, and they said it’s originally a natural symptom, so I’m trying not to stress too much about it.
Sometimes when I read other posts, there are people here who said they were disappointed because the clinic’s attitude changed before/after surgery ㅡ,ㅡ;; But for me, if anything, I was touched by how the director checked so thoroughly from the consultation to the postoperative progress checks and tried to explain even one more thing. It was the biggest surgery of my life, but.. thanks to that, I think I was able to go through the surgery feeling reassured, without even 1 bit of anxiety.
If you’ve been **seriously** thinking about breast surgery for at least 2 years, I want to tell you to start saving up for breasts even now. After getting it myself, my satisfaction is really high.. and even if I went back to the past, I think I could get breast surgery again.
