I didn't get a silicone implant, and they took cartilage from my ear to do surgery for my bulbous nose, just raising the nasal tip a bit. But my nostrils show a lot, and more than anything, the nostril heights are different and uneven..... Of course, it hasn't been long since the surgery, and other people in reviews say it evens out once the swelling goes down and the stitches are removed. If I ask the clinic, of course they'll talk about swelling .. I'm so worried it will stay like this ....
