Before/after I really didn’t like my nose shape because it looked bulky and had a hump. I looked for a place good at implant-free rhinoplasty because I wanted them to design a smooth nasal bridge while keeping a masculine vibe, and I felt resistant to implants like silicone. After reading reviews and asking around among acquaintances, I found a director who had done many implant-free surgeries on noses like mine, so I booked a consultation right away. I told the director straightforwardly that I felt resistant to implants and wanted to do it without an implant. After examining me, the director said it was definitely possible. They said the hump would be addressed with osteotomy, and the nasal tip would improve if the alar cartilages were tied. I liked that the explanation was easy to understand and clear. It has been about 2 months since surgery now, and the clinic is taking care of the aftercare thoroughly, and the director is personally checking my progress. There is still some residual swelling around the nasal tip, so it needs to go down more, but overall I like the shape and it’s good! If I can post my progress again later, I’ll try to upload it!
