I’m reasonably satisfied with my nostril wings. My nose was originally high, so I wondered a lot whether I really needed to do it, but if you find a good director and they do it carefully without leaving scars, and adjust it roughly to fit well, I think it’s a procedure with very high satisfaction that doesn’t look obvious to others haha
