Current condition: partial incision, epicanthoplasty, ptosis correction -> full incision (line raised) -> severe asymmetry, eyes with severe scarring (sausage look on only one side)
I’m originally pretty easygoing, so even though my eyes looked botched to anyone, I lived with them for over 5 years. Now my eyes have become uncomfortable, so I’m going around to consultations. I had a consultation at ㄱㄴㅅㅇ today, and it wasn’t great, but I’m leaving this post in case it helps!
While consulting at other clinics, I was told that skin removal and lowering the line were also possible, so that’s what I had in mind. But the doctor here said I absolutely had to do the two-line excision method. And since scarring is my concern, I asked about it, but they said there’s nothing that can be done about the scars, and instead said I should be worrying about an extra fold? something like that. I had also been thinking about not doing ptosis correction, but they recommended it, saying I’d need it to fix the asymmetry. But the way they spoke felt more like pressure than a recommendation? I just didn’t like it lol
The consultant wasn’t particularly good at counseling either... I paid 10,000 won for the consultation fee and had expectations because there were a lot of good reviews, but for me it was honestly just so-so (I was actually more satisfied at other clinics with free consultations), and the director’s way of speaking put me in a bad mood! So I decided not to do it here ^^
