1. Consultant: Very professional. I liked how detailed they were about pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure aftercare (none of the consultants I’ve met so far had told me this). Insurance reimbursement may be possible for functional nose-related treatment. The pricing details were also good. Since it’s a new clinic, they have a review event.
2. Director: They looked at the CT and explained in detail which areas need correction and adjustment. They explained everything in great detail so that someone having surgery for the first time could understand. I really appreciated how kind they were in checking the CT to see if there were issues elsewhere too, and I was grateful that they answered unexpected questions kindly as well.
Overall: Among all the clinics I visited, I was most satisfied here, and I plan to have surgery here. If you want to get a surgical consultation, I recommend getting a consultation here. With this level of detail, it would be reasonable for them to charge a consultation fee (right now the consultation is free).
