First of all, the doctor has a very strong sense of pride. I think their confidence is top-notch. Especially when it comes to bulbous nose surgery. I had revision surgery. Because in my previous surgery, they made my bridge too high and my bulbous nose got even worse. At this place, they said they remove ear cartilage and use their own special surgical method, making it possible to make a pig nose and also make it naturally smaller. So I removed the silicone from my nasal bridge too, replaced it with dermis, and had bulbous nose surgery as well. As for the result, I did end up having surgery one more time, but I was more satisfied than before. However, I regret the alar reduction surgery.. They said this cannot be reversed even if I have another surgery.. I think I should not have had alar reduction My nostril wings became too small, so it looks a bit unbalanced
