I want to show before-and-after photos now that it has been 4 years since my nose surgery. I had surgery at a clinic, and I had it because I didn’t like that my nostrils were visible from the front in daily life. Maybe because a lot of time has passed, it seems more or less similar now I had ear cartilage grafted into my nose, with nostril lowering, alar lifting, and silicone for the nasal bridge. Maybe because of the alar lifting surgery, my nostrils are uneven, and only my right nostril developed scar tissue. After 4 years, I visited the plastic surgery clinic, and Director Kim Sang-ho kindly said he could make the nostrils match, but he wondered whether it was really necessary to go that far. Even when I went back after 4 years, he gave me a consultation, and he said the nasal tip may become visible through the skin later. If anyone knows a hospital that is good at revision rhinoplasty, please recommend one.
