The consultation was thorough, and the doctor and staff were generally friendly. They explained things concisely without going into excessive detail, which actually made them easier to understand. They honestly explained how the surgery would proceed and described the nasal materials in an accessible way. Personally, I think communication with the consultation manager is more frequent before surgery, so I consider the atmosphere with that person important as well. They responded kindly, which I appreciated. The clinic is roughly halfway between Gangnam and Sinnonhyeon stations, so accessibility is decent. Overall, everything proceeded without feeling burdensome or uncomfortable, and I was satisfied.
