I don't remember the hospital, but I visited because they said the doctor was formerly from MC365, and it has been 5 years since I had calf liposuction. After sedation anesthesia, I had liposuction from the back of my ankles up to the backs of my knees.
They said more fat came out than expected, and shortly after the procedure my calves became quite slim, but after some time passed they went back again, so there wasn't a big change in circumference. However, the bulging in the lower part of my calves decreased a lot, so they looked relatively sleeker, and I lived feeling moderately satisfied.
I remember having quite a hard time because whenever I woke up after sleeping or came back home after going out, a mixture of blood and fluid kept coming out of the liposuction holes, enough to soak my socks completely. Also, the tingling and pulling sensation behind my ankles continued for about 2 years, and the scars disappeared after about 4 years (I didn't get anything like scar laser treatment).
Now I have no thoughts at all about calf muscle reduction surgery, so I am maintaining things while being satisfied with calf Botox and dieting (155 cm tall, 33 cm circumference).
