You consult with the manager first and then with the doctor, and the doctor is extremely kind. In my case, I only had alar reduction, so I just got a contouring injection.. I heard that only the alar botox hurts, so I thought it would be fine, but it hurt so much that tears streamed down my face.. Honestly, the injection itself didn't have a dramatic effect. It was only enough to make me wonder if there was a slight shadow.. or maybe not..? I ended up learning, after paying for it, that a bulbous nose can only really be fixed with surgery^^;;
