But sometimes a little blood comes out from inside my nose, so I’ve been gently scraping it with a cotton swab to deal with it?? Is it okay to do this? Also, they told me to avoid touching it as much as possible and come to the clinic. Is that right? It does seem like my nose has definitely gotten much smaller. Will this keep being maintained? Will it get thinner after the splint is removed? I have so many questions...

I didn't get a silicone implant, and they took cartilage from my ear to do surgery for my bulbous nose, just raising the nasal tip a bit. But my nostrils show a lot, and more than anything, the nostril heights are different and uneven.....
