Somehow.. the clinic atmosphere gives off a premium, private feel, as if it isn’t factory-style... but for some reason, it feels a bit clumsy. I think I saw the clinic explanation saying they make use of the private concept by spacing appointments as much as possible so clients don’t run into each other’s faces but on the surgery day and at every follow-up visit, I ended up seeing other people’s faces a lot. The consultation was really good, but as time went on, the service felt more and more half-hearted. I came here during my clinic rounds because the consultation was good, but the further it went, the more the service felt drained and chaotic…
