Before <from before surgery to now> This is my 3-month review after epicanthoplasty restoration at Secret. There are a lot of photos in my previous review, so it would be good to look at that first. I’ll keep it brief today.
A lot of people asked about scarring from the reverse skin repositioning, so I tried to take the photos as clearly as possible. Even with a bare face, it doesn’t look obvious that I had restoration done, and I did see a few posts saying the reverse repositioning method leaves white scars, but there weren’t actually any with photos. But for me, it really doesn’t show, so I’m satisfied.
People around me thought I had just done some kind of scar treatment(?) like laser, and they say they can’t believe I had restoration surgery. They say even though it’s also surgery, there’s no scar at all.
I don’t have any itchiness or redness, and the thing I was most worried about, the feeling that the distance between my eyes would become wider! I don’t have that, and I think it turned out well with a nice pointed inner corner.
It’s been three months, so I do think I’ve recovered enough, but I hope it stays well-maintained like this without opening up again.
