I’m not sure if the desk staff were friendly. Another person was friendly, and the friendly person did the consultation. For the eyes, they said there wasn’t enough extra skin but recommended lowering the line.. I don’t want to lower it though They recommended a double-line excision instead of double eyelid surgery with skin grafting, but because there wasn’t enough extra skin, I decided not to do it. For the nose, I wanted to raise it as much as possible using autologous costal cartilage, but they said they don’t do surgery with autologous costal cartilage, so I didn’t even meet the eye/nose consultation doctor and wrapped it up at the consultant level. (But although my natural nose is big, the consultant sincerely told me it was a nose that didn’t need surgery and sincerely asked me please not to get nose surgery elsewhere either, so I was grateful)
