My front teeth were spaced apart, and orthodontic treatment seemed like it would take too long, so I got prosthetic treatment. Aesthetically, I was really satisfied with it.. but back then I was young and didn’t know.. How important teeth are... It’s truly the thing I regret the most. I should have just gotten orthodontic treatment.. Anyway, it has now been 20 years since I got prosthetics on my front teeth, and they have to be replaced every 10 years. That means my teeth get shaved down again each time.. I’m already on my 3rd set, and soon prosthetics may no longer be possible, so I might have to get implants.... I’m so sad...
If anyone is thinking of getting veneers or prosthetics just to look aesthetically pretty, I really want to stop them... Preserving your own teeth is the best!!
