After/before/after/after/before/before/after Because it was a major surgery, I went around for consultations, including 3 other hospitals said to be famous for double-jaw surgery and facial contouring, and then lastly I went for a consultation at an oral and maxillofacial clinic. Comparing it with the other hospitals made me feel even more certain this was the place. I liked that they emphasized safety while also accurately understanding the direction of the surgery I wanted. Also, since they have dentistry as well, I liked that I could do post-op orthodontic treatment there too. The fact that it had the cleanest and friendliest atmosphere among all the hospitals also played a part. The consultation with the director seemed to fit my personality well. He spoke honestly and was someone I could trust. On the same day, I chose them and immediately set the surgery date and paid the deposit.
Current/one month post-op
I can feel that my face size itself has decreased a lot!! There is still swelling, and my facial muscles feel unnatural, but since it’s only one month, I think that’s natural. The pain has decreased a lot. Especially the gum pain that made things so hard for me is about 100>20? For those preparing for double-jaw surgery, I really hope you look at a variety of reviews before deciding. I hope you choose carefully and get good results.
