I thought my nasal tip was round and my nostril wings were on the wide side, so I wanted both bulbous nose correction + nostril wing reduction, but the consultant recommended Nose Beam + MegaDerm + lowering the nostril rims, and the doctor said nostril wing reduction wasn’t necessary, and mentioned Nose Beam + MegaDerm + if I wanted!! the nostril rims too. They really spoke fast and seemed very busy They didn’t recommend adding unnecessary procedures, and they pointed out only exactly what was needed, so it was okay
