It feels somehow kind but not kind. It definitely has the feel of a factory-style dermatology clinic, but it’s fairly cheap and effective, so I think it’s a place I go to often. But the consultation manager and the doctor don’t share information, so even if I get something based on the manager’s recommendation, the doctor says something like, “It probably won’t be very effective,” which makes it feel a bit less trustworthy.
