First rhinoplasty consultation at ㅇㄹ

Compared to the height of my bridge, my nasal tip looks sunken, and when I smile it spreads out a lot, so I really wanted rhinoplasty. While looking up reviews online, I saw that the review photos for ㅇㄹ in Apgujeong looked soooo natural, so I was drawn in and visited. There was no CT scan, and the consultation went in the order of consultant - director - consultant. They said the consultation would take about an hour and a half, but I think the consultation with the director was about 30 minutes…?? The director touched and examined my nose really thoroughly during the consultation. They told me my nose is a saddle nose, and after 30 years I finally found out what kind of nose I have They recommended going with silicone, and also said implant-free surgery was possible. The choice is mine.. The price was the same for both, but the cost was seriously enormous… As they explained the surgical direction, how they would harvest the septal cartilage, how the remaining septum would be fixed, and so on, I somehow got swept up and put down a deposit before leaving.. The cost was really unexpected, but if I think of it as not needing revision surgery and getting it done properly in one go, it also seems kind of reasonable… Whether I actually won’t need revision surgery is something I’ll only know later Still, I was really satisfied with the consultation.. It was also helpful when I went to my next consultation.
