I had it done using donated rib cartilage and silicone. The bulbous nose correction worked to some extent, but a little still remains. But the nasal bridge is a bit crooked I think they make the straight-to-slightly-curved line well, but the crooked nasal bridge is a bit stressful Still, the side-profile line is pretty.
