So for my third surgery, I used donated costal cartilage! I wanted a glamorous nasal tip, but I was worried about scarring from autologous costal cartilage, so I chose donated costal cartilage Silicone + septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage were used, and I finally got the shape I wanted~~ hahaha I’m at 5 months, and I like that the nasal tip is sharply lifted I recommend DL for those who want a nose that is both natural and glamorous haha The director understands your needs well and creates a really pretty shape
