For revision rhinoplasty materials, is it usually done with autologous rib cartilage? I want to make my nose higher and more defined than it is now, so using autologous rib cartilage seems almost certain, but are there cases where it can’t be used? Is this something they can only know after opening it up?? People who had revision rhinoplasty at Finish, Very Good, Seoul Queen, or Mind, what material did the director suggest using?
