I heard they were famous for autologous costal cartilage, so I went in for a consultation. I think they were the most professional among the clinics I’ve visited. Since it’s a revision surgery, after looking at the CT scan, they checked roughly how many millimeters of silicone had been inserted in the first surgery, and while palpating the nasal bridge again, they told me they would replace the existing 4 mm silicone with 5 mm. For the nasal tip, as I had expected to some extent, they said that if there isn’t enough autologous costal cartilage, they would additionally use ear cartilage. I think the director’s aesthetic sense matches mine well, so if I get surgery, I’ll probably do it here.
