The consultant recommended costal cartilage, saying that since it was my first surgery and I wouldn't be getting another rhinoplasty, we should finish it in one go. The doctor looked at the CT and said to use septal cartilage, and they showed a virtual after-surgery result, but it wasn't good. They roughly shaved and raised it, and said they pursue a natural look, but it was excessive.. There was no professional consultation. Also, even though it was my first surgery and they weren't even using costal cartilage, they quoted a price that was way too expensive.
